The perfect drink for a healthy holiday! What better then a delicious homemade egg nog and the benefits of b17. Grab some Apricot Seeds or our Apricot Seed Meal for this recipe. 

Contains about 35 grams of complete protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw milk, chilled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • [Optional] 2 tablespoons sorghum cane syrup
  • [Optional] 2 tablespoons raw wheat germ, fresh 
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk, non-instant
  • 2 teaspoons Apricot Seeds, ground

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in the blender at high speed.
  2. Garnish with cinnamon (optional).
  3. Enjoy!
