The perfect drink for a healthy holiday! What better then a delicious homemade egg nog and the benefits of b17. Grab some Apricot Seeds or our Apricot Seed Meal for this recipe.
Contains about 35 grams of complete protein.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw milk, chilled
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- [Optional] 2 tablespoons sorghum cane syrup
- [Optional] 2 tablespoons raw wheat germ, fresh
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk, non-instant
- 2 teaspoons Apricot Seeds, ground
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together in the blender at high speed.
- Garnish with cinnamon (optional).
