In the unlikely event you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service team via phone or live chat within 30 days1 of your purchase and we will process your refund or ship out a replacement promptly.

We don't require you to return the product2 or jump through hoops to get your money back if our products are not right for you4.


1For returns past 30 days, contact our Customer Service Team to receive a full account credit toward any of our 100+ other quality products. Apricot Power can not process refunds on any orders that are over 6 Months old.

2The first container of each and every product is protected by our hassle-free guarantee. For orders containing multiples of the same product we require the return of all unopened containers. We will process your refund or replacement once these containers are returned. Be sure to include your order number when returning products.

3Our Money Back Guarantee and Hassle Free Return Policy is only for customers in the Domestic US. International orders must be returned to receive a refund. We can provide returns for international orders that are returned, however we can not send replacement products internationally unless you are willing to cover the cost of shipping. Apricot Power is not liable for lost or stolen packages for orders that are marked delivered by our carriers.

4If an order is returned and you have not already contacted us with how you would like to proceed we will attempt to reach out 3 times, and if we don't hear back from you we will add the items back to our inventory. If you call within 3 months of the product return we can either refund or replace the order, or if you call between 4-6 months we can send out a reshipment. We do not process refunds or make replacements on orders that are over 6 months old.
