Elderberry and Zinc Lozenges

What is Elderberry? 

Elderberry is produced from the Sambucus Tree, which is a flowering plant that is native to Europe, and various parts of the tree have been eaten throughout history for their medicinal properties. 

Historically it has been used for pain relief, swelling, inflammation, and for it's other immune system boosting abilities.

What is Elderberry good for?

• Great source of Fiber: Elderberry contains up to 7 grams of fuber per 100mg of berries, which accounts for 60% of the recommended daily intake.
   
• High in Antioxodants: The Elderberries are rich in anthocyanins which are a strong antioxidant with anti-inflammatory effects. The anthocyanins have been found to have up to 3.5 times the antioxidant power of Vitamin E.
   
• Rich in Flavonols: The antioxidant flavonols quercetin, kaempferol, and isorhamnetin are found naturally in the Elderberries.
   
• High Vitamin C content: There are 6 - 35mg of vitamin C per 100 grams of fruit, and our capsules come packed with 150mg of Vitamin C!

Suggested Usage: Take 1 lozenge 1 to 3 times daily. Do not chew. Allow the lozenge to dissolve in mouth completely and swallow. Limit long-term consumption of high levels of zinc.  

Other Ingredients: Sorbitol, Fructose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (Vegtable Source) Magnesium Stearate (Vegtable Source) Silicon Dioxide, Natural Raspberry Flaveor and Hypro-mellous (Cellous).
